Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product packaging is tampered before delivery

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery along with product photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales

Refund Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds may be processed to the original payment method or bank account.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
